Action Run History — Name Runs After Chat Title

When I run a Chief Action multiple times and check the run history, every run is listed as "New." There is no way to tell the runs apart at a glance.

It would be useful if each run in the history were labeled after the chat title it was triggered from. That way I can quickly find and reference a specific run without having to open each one individually to figure out which is which.
