Add a "Use in Chat" option to the duplicate file warning

When I upload a file that's already in my library, Chief shows a message letting me know the file already exists. That part works fine. The issue is that the only option in that message right now is to close it.

What I'd find helpful is a button right there in that same warning — something like "Use in Chat" — that automatically adds the file to my current chat scope, or at least mentions it in my prompt bar. Right now, I have to dismiss the message, go search for the file manually in my library, and then add it to my chat. That's a few extra steps that feel unnecessary when Chief has already identified exactly which file I'm trying to use.

A single click from the duplicate warning to get that file into my chat would make the whole flow a lot smoother.
