Files tagged "Insufficient Credits" should either auto-process after a top-up or prompt re-upload before use

When I ran out of credits during a file upload, the file was still added to my library — but it was tagged as "Insufficient credits." After I topped up my credits, I went to chat with the file as normal. The file appeared available in my library, so I didn't realize it hadn't been processed. I only discovered the issue after attempting to use it and getting no meaningful results.

There was no prompt or warning after topping up to let me know the file still needed to be re-uploaded or re-processed before it could be used.

What I'd like to see: Either automatically process files marked "Insufficient credits" once credits become available, or surface a clear, actionable prompt at the point where I try to use the file — letting me know it needs to be re-uploaded before it can work.
