Make it clearer when a file or report has been generated and is ready to open

When I asked Chief to generate a PDF report, I didn't realize the output had already been created. I kept re-prompting because I wasn't sure if anything had been produced. When I eventually found it, it was in a section I hadn't noticed.

It would be helpful if generated files — like PDFs, reports, and other outputs — were surfaced more prominently so it's immediately clear the file is ready and where I can open, edit, or download it.
