Queue or block chat prompts while a file is still processing

When I upload a file to Chief, it goes through a quick initial processing phase for basic chat, then continues processing in the background until it is fully ready. If I miss the upload status and start chatting too early, Chief may say it can’t access the file, even though it’s already uploaded.

To avoid this confusion, either block prompts until the file is fully ready or queue messages as “pending” and auto-send them once processing is complete. This would prevent the impression that the upload failed when it’s just still processing.
