Label panel does not show tagged files after tagging

I tagged a file in my Library by creating a new label directly from the file panel. After the label was created and applied, I clicked on that label to view its contents.

The label panel opened but showed no files — even though I had just tagged a file with that label in the same session. The file appeared correctly tagged when viewed from the file panel, but the label panel did not reflect it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Library and locate a file

2. Tag the file by creating a new label

3. Click the newly created label to open the label panel

4. The label panel displays zero files
