Long file upload time

I experienced an 8-minute wait for a standard PDF file to process and become ready. This long upload time is disruptive and makes the "knowledge change" process inefficient. Faster processing is crucial for a smooth user experience, especially when dealing with multiple documents.

    I uploaded a file that said “processing” for an extended period, but was actually “ready”. I wonder if that’s related to this issue Berj had. The UI might not be showing “ready” correctly.

    Upon testing with the same file, my upload time was > 2 minutes, which is weird
