Not pulling answers from the uploaded file

I uploaded a PDF and asked a question directly related to its content, but the response didn’t reference anything from the file. It felt like the model ignored the upload completely. I tried rephrasing the question, but got the same result.

    Was the file you were working with fully processed? They should have a Status of Ready
